My mother in law is coming in town tomorrow to visit with us and to be here for Eric's Welcome Home Party, so I SHOULD be cleaning like a mad woman but I just have a quick story to share. Its too funny to keep to myself. :)
I was in my bedroom picking up some things and straightening it up, I hear C in her bathroom messing with the lid of the toilet. I'm thinking.. Eww! Why does she always seem so interested in playing with the toilet?!.. Well I go in there ready to tell her to keep out of the potty and that its not for playing and then shut the bathroom door and be done with it.... NOPE! She was on the floor with her diaper off and toilet paper strewn out all over the bathroom. Apparently she had pooped in her diaper and taken it off to shake the poop into the toilet for me.. Changing her own diaper!!! What a silly girl.. and when I say silly, I really mean smart/genius and hilarious. :) She had poo down her legs from taking off her dipe, so I put her in the tub got the rest of the poo out of her diaper (we use cloth diapers) and then cleaned her up. (she also stopped up the toilet with her poop and all the paper she used) :oP When I was putting her new dipe on I explained she needs to come tell me when she wants her dipe changed and she said "Momma, Poop in the potty, Pee pee in potty, ELMO" So I repeated her "Yeah you need to put your pee pee and poo poo in the potty like Elmo" :) Funny!!
