Little bean is growing like a weed it seems! The belly is poking right on out there and even though it has some squishy on top of it ;) its still neat to see the baby growing! We had the first real doctor appointment yesterday. They did the whole nine yards... from second base all the way on down. We heard the heart tones and little bean's heart rate was right in the middle at 150. They say you can tell if its a boy or girl by the heart rate, boys typically have a slower rate (130-140)and girls are faster(in the 160 range). Charlotte was always around 160 from the very beginning. So we'll see what this little bean is :oP I think I'm going to take the Walgreens pee test and wage the 85% odds... I just cannot wait to know!!!
In other news, Eric is done with his crazy scheduled training for the next week... :oP However, He's been sick this last week. We're not sure what he has but he's been tested for everything from leukemia to Mono and so far they are treating him for Lyme's Disease, an infection you get from tick bites. He was out in the woods for a few days over the last few weeks and they said maybe he got a bite then. Oh well he seems to be getting better. He also decided to go ahead and get his Army credits transferred into college credits and while he's deployed next year he should be able to finish his bachelors degree and start nursing school. That way when he gets out he has a job to go to and he can take a few months or so to get our business going to where he wont have to work anymore, even though he probably will just because he's just that way.
Charlotte is getting to be soooo funny! I mean, she's always been a little character but, her super girlie side is starting to show :) She gets so emotional about things, its hilarious! She loves to cook in her little kitchen, she makes us eggs, pie, soup, coffee, and tea. She plays with her toys and pretends they are talking, she'll do a high pitched tone to be them and then her regular voice when she talks to them, its sooo funny!
We've been really enjoying the weather lately, its been soooo nice!! :) We've been playing outside all week and have even had to turn on our heat a few times! We have gotten some much needed house maintenance done outside, and have decided to start preparing to sell our house. YAY! :) It will probably take us several months to get this accomplished, there are a lot of repairs and general changes we need to make in order to sell, but I'm soooo excited! We'll probably move on post for a while, so we can take our time finding the right place for us. And maybe if we decide to wait until we get out to buy another house we can move closer in to Nashville and he can work at Vanderbilt! I've been looking at the foreclosures around town and there are some great deals on the other side of Clarksville! YAY! I am very ready to get out of this side of town... ugh!
Some things we have coming up are, Eric's training next week, he'll be gone for 2 weeks. For my birthday I'm going camping with some friends! YAY!! Not sure where yet but I'm just excited to get away for my bday. Eric's deployment was pushed back to March for now but it's 7 and a half months, possibly 9 months. But it will be his last one!!! Woo!! We have 2 years, 1 month, and 1 day left until we are DONE with this mess! :oD
